Friends Dushane and Sully rule the drug scene on the Summerhouse housing estate in East London. Their control takes a blow, though, when their stash is stolen. Young Ra’Nell tries to stay out of trouble while his mom’s in the hospital.
While Ra’Nell makes a deal with his mom’s friend Heather, Dushane and Sully are on the hunt for Kamale and their stolen stash. Violence snowballs until Sully makes a fatal mistake.
Ra’Nell’s mother comes home. Gem goes on the run when Sully fingers him as an informant for Kamale’s crew. Dushane and Sully narrow in on their stolen stash by kidnapping Kamale’s cousin.
With Sully out of control, Dushane looks for a way out of the mess they’re in. He’s approached by Ra’Nell, who sees Heather low-balled by her Vietnamese buyers and offers to sell the crop to Dushane. Heather makes a confession to Lisa, who sends Leon to save her son.
Dushane and Joe are waiting on a big shipment of drugs, which can’t come too soon as there’s a shortage. But things get complicated when the police bring in Dushane, Sully and Dris to question them about a murder.
Sully’s offered big money for a hit, but the target turns out to be his cousin. Owing big after the death of his weed crop, Gem finds himself enslaved to Vincent. And young Michael ends up face to face with detectives after a failed shoplifting attempt.
Things reach a breaking point in Sully’s kidnapping plot when Rafe turns up, guns blazing. Dushane gets called in to fix the situation, but he’s already dealing with a new witness in the Kamale murder case.
Lisa looks for retribution after Vincent’s brutal beating of Ra’nell, Dushane uses drastic means to keep Kayla’s mouth shut and Sully finds a way to raid the Albanians’ warehouse.
